Help please uxo identification

I recently found this Mechanical Time fuze but have no idea what it is or what it was used for. A suggestion was that it may have been a sabotage fuze intended to initiate an enemys munition stockpile. Any help would be appreicated, thanks.

Hi there , still on the hunt for further infomation about the above fuze though spotter kindly pointed me in the right direction 2 years ago , i have three or four of this fuzes in the faimly my grandfarther helped in its designed , espically with its timing piece at the base of the nose. Love to know where you found the above....best regards
