Help With 20mm I.D Please.....

Another 20mm round for my collection, any information on this one would be great.

Driving band appears to be steel? Projectile is stamped but is very hard to make out, could well be:

not had one with steel driving band though.

Although not headstamped as such, this was made by Kynoch in 1973.
