Help with 2cm

Hello,
Herewith a repainted german 2cm fuzed 2cm Kpfz 46 (red tracer with self destruction).
Fuze painted red, body painted light grey, black strip on top, base yellow.
Is it a post war used (what country ?) ?
I don't know these colors.
If its a work of collector, why these strange colors ?
