Help with 76mm case

I have this cartridge which is 76x385r for the Soviet divisional gun but I don't think the stenciling follows the usual Soviet pattern. It seems to be post war but if the headstamp is to believed, its dated 1941. Could anyone advise on the possible nationality or origin of this?

I don't think it's Russian.

It is a 1941 dated Russian case, but the stencil on the side was probably done in Finland.

Yes, the ink stamps are Finish from 1965.
