It`s Soviet, but not russian grenade.
No information about this grenade. It was for sail only once in Russia and all grenades are from one topic
What was inside secret too, but it`s very effective! One man from web-site described symptoms. Memo to grenade talks about smoke (but based on CS), not gas, but smoke very effective!
K-51 is grenade and K-510 is fuze.
