I'm very instrestying in german WWI stick Handgrenade.but i can't find the differencese about M1916 Stick handgrenade and M1917.Anyone who can give me some informations about these two kinds of stick grenades, such as pictures of differencese ?

Hi David, maybe this'll help, a couple of pages from Delhomme's book German Grenades of the Great War. Your m1916 stick was no more than a gap filler from the m1915 to the m1917 stick grenade.
The m1917 stick is uniformly made with little to no variation...Dano
