Hi all, was given the part shown in pics by a fellow collector who was going to throw it in a skip! It was picked up from Ashley walk bombing range in the new forest where a lot of experimental stuff was trialled. Aprox 40cm wide, heavy and as can be seen the center is white and the outside is black,as per pics on the net for experimental bombs. Any help appreciated in confirming an ID.
Cheers Tig.

An expert is someone who does not talk nonsence to look interesting if in fact he does not know.

This is still sat in the garden, i have looked at lots of pics and a lot of the test bombs had this black and white finish, but can't place it? Any info appreciated, cheers Tig.

Does this help? It could be one of the internal bracing discs (22).

Cheers for the extra info, those discs inside look similar, more research needed! Tig
