If like me you're into post war American experimental cannon rounds this book is hard to beat. Written by Dale M Davis the full title of the book is
"Historical development summary of automatic cannon caliber ammunition: 20-30m for the period 1952-1983".
According to the book Dale Davis was associated with or involved with or in responsible charge of all air force gun and ammunition research and development from Oct 1952 to his retirement in February 1984.
The book is over 200 pages long and contains a vast amount of invaluable information that you're unlikely to find anywhere else in one book. The photographs are not brilliant but nevertheless it is an excellent book.
I got my copy from Lew Curtis of GIG Concepts Inc, I've included contact details, as far as I know they're still available.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Dave.
