Hi All,
OK this is not a boring fuse, it is I believe a Japanese Type 2 Combination time and percussion fuse.
I say "believe" as there are no kanji/arsenal markings on it at all, which is unusual for a Japanese fuse and I'm assuming they were on the "cut-out"piece!
I'm not aware nor can find any reference to other countries besides Japan using this type of fuse??? - if anyone knows if it was in usage by another country please advise.

and I would love to know who the lucky devil was that scooped up the majority of the other cut-aways that were recently on the US Ebay - great finds!!!!
