Huge German Naval(?) Shell

Been the other day at a friends country house and located one Huge naval i suspect shell..
the bands have been long past removed i suspect for the brass....
The windbraker started at the height of my knee... all an all it was about 1 meter long...

it`s a czech 210 mm shell (not naval) made by Škoda during war.
