Huge Minenwerfer

A 38cm minenwerfer was mentioned by Hermann Schirmer "Das Gerät der schweren Artillerie vor, in und nach dem Weltkrieg"-Verlag Bernard & Graefe-Berlin-1937
The sehr schwerer Minenwerfer (s.s.M.W.) 380 mm fired shells of :
-400 kg to 400 m.
-300 kg to 750 m.
-200 kg to 1.100 m.
-100 kg to 1.500 m.
Weight : 2000 kg
Don't know if it is the one on picture. Little bit basic and short gun.

Hello,
This 38cm minenwerfer was tested in Alsace and was quickly abandoned.
It is described in Thierry Ehret's book on trench artillery.
