I need help with the correct identification of a 3-inch projectile, I assume British production. Found in Sudan

It looks like a 76mm x 230R Armoured Car round used in Saladin & Scorpions.
Usually you find the blue Target Practice -Tracers with a brass plug fuze, but this looks like a real fuze?
I hope it is not a HE-T mis-fire?

Actually this projectile was found in humanitarian demining, and is a UXO, we have a little problem with the correct identification. So I thought I might find some useful advice here.
