I'm looking for name of the russian manufacture which have the factory code "732" and "Д".
Д : code letter of the powder plant.
732 : code number of the assembly plant.

Ryazahsk loading plant and depot had code 732. This code was during WWII. Ryazahsk in Ryazan region.
I think TsBSB (on Cyrillic - ЦБСБ) - Центральная база и склад боеприпасов. On English - Central base and warehouse of munition.

Transcription to English still is "Ryazhsk".
732 loaded ammunition till 1988 at least as we can see here.

"Д" is the propellant manufacturer which has not been identified positively so far.
