ID confirmation please

Picked this up.
Fairly sure it is a 3 pounder APHE. 47mm diameter & 133mm tall.
Brass base fuze marked RL with crows foot & II.
No stampings on projectile or drive band but some original paint. White/craem about an inch down from tip.

If it is a 3 pounder does anyone have a case for sale/swap please?

It has an Elswick Ordnance style rotating band, and looks like a 3Pdr.

Yes - fairly sure it was a 3 pounder.
Just need an idea as to year & a matching case!
