As per Chris's direction to Tony Wiliams' site, the FIz is a semi armour piercing round loaded with nitro-cellulose propellant (actually Neonite) as indicated by the "Z".
The FIz had a 580 grn bullet with a charge of 130 grns of powder. Velocity was 2470 fps at a pressure of 22 tons psi and accuracy proof was 7/10 to penetrate 15mm of armour at 100 yds at normal angle of attack.
The attached picture shows the construction of the bullet. This card is actually quite interesting, as it is from a reference collection at a WW2 proof establishment, possibly Pendine.
