Hi,

I found a rusty part which I believed is part of a hand grenade fuze handle. I succesfully googled it until I found a picture of exactly the same hand grenade fuze. There was no type ID however on wikepedia...
Can someone tell me what type & nationality my 'relic' is please (see picture)?

Many txs.,

Several countries made them (besides the inventor: Poland).

So ID would require a detailed inspection of the markings.

It's only a rusty fragment. No markings. It was found in a former German WWII training ground... next to a current Dutch military training ground. So no way to tell if it's a French grenade used by Germans to train with -or a relic of Dutch military manoeuvers.

Thanks for information!

Hello,

I am new to your community. The fuze you have posted is marked originally WZ.GR 31 and is Polish made. If there is no mrkings it is high probability it is between war yugoslav production.

Hope to have helped. It was fitted on body of a hand grenade with marking B1.
