30mm Projectile
Overall length is 120mm, Base to Drive Band 26mm, Drive Band width 10mm drive Band to top 94mm.

Obviously unfired no tracer or base fuze hole/threads. Alloy top steel body so fairly sure a TP?
No stampings and it had been painted gloss black before & cleaned it
