From what I understood, the Flascheneismine 42 was basically a glass bottle filled with donarit and a special screw cap was used to plug the igniter (electric or pyrotechnic, pull, pressure, whatever) and it was used as a mine.
Based on this crude tech, it's easy to transform any bottle into a hand grenade . that would be named Flascheneishandgranate.
Thanks guys I thought it was improvised device of some sort and knew I'd seen it before but checked my normal resources with no results. I ALWAYS try to do my own legwork rather than rely on someone that DID go tithe trouble to find out to tell me. Again thanks sgdbdr and bellifortis, I appreciate your help!
