Anyone knows this aerial bomb? about 30 cms and 2 kg, with holes, possibly incendiary.

Holes are too small. Appears more typical of an incendiary, body looks like magnesium. The holes let the first fire mix get going well without popping the body apart under pressure and letting the fire die.
