Please refer to attached photos. Has a similar appearance to a US M1 Type Mine Fuze, however I am currently away from any related reference(s) so can't tell anything for sure.

It is indeed the M-1 or the M-4 mine fuze (same size) with the booster and its spring which are normaly in the mine.
