ID Please - Apparent 37mm A/T Cartridge

Description:
Case: Slightly tapered brass with screw-in primer (missing), 246mm long, rimmed, rim diameter 51mm, no headstamp
Projectile: Steel body, 36.5mm diameter, sharply pointed with 9mm wide copper driving band.

Would guess it to be WW2 but would appreciate any help.
