I have never seen this fuse configuration before. Any information would be much appreciated.

Not a positive id but It reminds me of a replica one i bought in the early 1980s where you could fit one of the red plastic caps used on toy cap guns, pull pin,release lever , cap fires

Agree with Spotter, that looks like a replica rather than a real piece of ordnance.

It's not a replica, that is a m204 series of fuzes that is 2 pieces. Would need more pics of the body but it looks good so far. Someone painted it all green. I suggest stripping, it may even have the original paint under it.

The body looks like a Mk2, but the M 204 fuse was not used on that grenade, as far as I know.
