not sure if this is ordnance related was told it is it has a ref no of 10AQ and its obviously a chute of some sort
Any help would be appreciated.

I am no expert on bombs but I am surprised that the marking on the brown bag indicates a maximum dropping speed of 150kts, this is very slow. To be going that slow over the battlefield is not good for your health. A slow speed drop is more normally accociated with sonar bouys in an anti-submarine warfare context. Just a thought.
