Used in Czech 21, 22, 24 and 30,5 cm shells
Nr. 6902 and 6903 show a german WW2 Bd.Z. 5127 basefuze in matching baseplug, used in 8,8 cm Pzgr 39 and 8,8 cm Pzgr. 39/43 shells.

Used in Czech 15, 21, 22, 24 and 30,5 cm shells .

That is true, in the 15 cm Minen-Granate 28 (t).
How do you know it's a DVZR 58/N?

The interesting thing is that, externally, the "D" type fuze might look roughly similar to a WW1 vintage 22-second time and percussion fuze (or in this case the slightly upgraded 22-second fuze model 1930), but, as can be seen from the diagrams below, the internal arrangement is completely different, having more in common with the T-6 fuze.
Also, unlike the 22-second fuzes, the "D" fuze can only be set with a key rather than manually and it's rounder and slightly shorter. The protective cap is also a different shape, I'm assuming to make the capped fuzes easier to differentiate at a glance.

Here are a few more fuzes - The VT is quite large, see the scale for comparison. The Mech Time is clearly US, but is not marked experimental and I have never seen it before. Can't find it in my manuals or online either.
