This isn't really my area of interest, but during a recent trip overseas i found a number of these rounds and was curious as to the markings on the tip.

Soviet color code but not Soviet made. Show us the head stamp and you my get it identified.
 
I'll have a look and see if I took a shot, like I say, not my area of interest, more of a holiday snap! ;-)
 
Got a feeling I know where:tinysmile_shutup_t2 and edging my bets towards this round being of Yugoslav manufacter( or what was!)
