ID required on 4lb light cased bomb fuzes

I'm not sure if i've posted these here before, but can't find them anyway.

Can someone ID the two different fuzes in the attached pictures.
They're attached to two different models of 4lb light cased bombs.

Weren't these for the biological submunitions?

It looks like the bio fuze, but not the same vanes inside.
