ID some .270 Win. cases

Picked these up at the range,can`t find them nowhere,any help?

Could they be Lapua, Finland 08 date ?? I have a .270 that I shoot and I am forever been given cases for reloading but I have not got any of these

As I posted on the IAA Forum, they are ex-South Africa, probably made in Austria (HP) to circumvent the arms embargo on RSA in the 1980s.
