I only know Flare Mark 1 (same as french VM3)

-First question : what is the designation of the small flare on the left ? (Mark I on the right).

Thanks I have this documentation and and saw quickly MKI (French Michelin), I didn't take time to read completly. So could be MkII (adaptation of french flare Bourges I never saw).
