All I have (in Flying Guns WW2) are some cartridge drawings of experimental French ammunition which include the two you show. They were apparently developed by DTAN for the French Navy in the 1933-1940 timescale. The longer cased versions (Model 1935 and Model 1937A) fired shells of 280-300g at 780-830 m/s, while the shorter one (Model 1937B) fired a 200g projectile at 875 m/s.
I have no information about the guns they were fired in.
