no expert, but looks like a no94 Energa rifle grenade to me?
maybe someone else can confirm it for you

Thanks guys I reckon you are bang on (4th or 5th in) - MODS better move the topic to projectiles/grenades, pity it's so corroded you can't tell if it's practice or not.
