Magnesium cap, steel core. Headstamp 37-37 CA-7- -40N. It had some stenciling, but it can no longer be read. Primer marked DBS-143-40. Country?

French Mle 1937 AP tank round. Rather rare to find in good condition due to magnesium construction. Last one auctioned off in the US went for $500.
