identification of a maker's mark on25PrII

Hello everyone
Recently I pick up a case of 25Pr MkII in very bad condition, but I bought it for the price of the brass and I had never seen this monogram before.
The case is dated 1941, lot 7, unfortunately the F for the refilling is stamped on the monogram, I think the letters are SPC or PSC?
Does anybody knows this manufacturer?

The monogram is that of the Pressed Steel Co. Ltd, Cowley, Oxford.
