Identification of marks on Russian huls

Hello,

Does anybody know what is/was written on the bottom of this shell in the red rectangles? This is on a Russian shell (122mmx284mm) which was also used by Germany. Who knows the year?

I rectangly 4, I think there are 3 times the number '4'.
