Identification?

Bagpiper

Hi all, this is my first post!

I would appreciate any help in identifying this nose cone. It is in a collection of WW2 artefacts my wife uses as a museum teacher and its provenance is unknown. I believe it is British (it has the government arrow mark), and is stamped with a 16, 5?3, an 8, and a B overstamped with z95. I can also make out N 132 and Roman numerals II.

My guess is that it is from a 4.5 inch AA shell. Any thoughts?

Hello.

101, 102...

I'm sorry : it seems me it's a 103 fuze (like 102 but shorter screw).
