Identify Fuze Parts

I do not have these fuse parts. I am considering buying them to get the one fuze part for the Air 37mm Cobra round, which is the last two on the top row. Can anyone identify the others?

2B,looks like the part that goes on the top cover of a M1919 30 cal machinegun

No 6 is are the entrails of the MG-57 fuze and so No 5 could be the booster housing of the MG-57
No 4 also looks Russian.
