IDing Fuze

Hi guys

im quite new to fuze collecting and I just recently brought a fuze But I have no clue on who made it and what year it was made, I believe it was found on the Somme battlefield.
On the bottom the only marks I can find is the numbers 3061-17 a weird C with an arrow in it and the initials BMC ive attached imagines

Hello,

British Time and Percussion Fuze No80, maybe a MkVII (brass made) ; very common on the Somme battlefield (shrapnel 18pr & 13pr)
