Inert cluster bomb

I'm new to collecting inert ordnance and I have an inert cluster bomb I was just asking if people know what these are worth

It's a practice version of the BLU63b or M74.

I thought it was a training one as it was painted blue can't seem to find any for sale and I had a figure of 20-30 for it in my head but I wasn't sure if that was too steep
