You have the business end of a U.K. HB 876 Mine. If it were a live version it would be filled with Comp B. THe dimples on the sides act like a shotgun, and the large convex end is to penetrate armor. All of these were supposed to have been destroyed back in 1999 due to the antimining treaty.

You are missing the stainless steel spider section that erects the mine once it hits the ground, and acts as the brains to arm and fire it.
