info on Rakett Oving 63mm

I got this practice-rocket in the mail this morning (Thanks Freaky!)

I really don't know it's launcer type.
one thing is sure, it's a Norwegian rocket made by Raufoss (NAMMO)

Lenghth: 275 mm
Diameter top: 63 mm
Diameter rocket : 57 mm

Does anyone has drawings or other info on it?

Markings are:

rakett ovings, 63mm
NM 191, Sporlys
LOT 01-RA-00
