interesting shell to ID

Hi eveyone !
Here's a photo of an unknown shell, am I right saying that it might be BL460A or BL-463 hollow cherge round for Russian 122 mm howitzer Model 38 or maybe something else , I did'n see it , have only a picture, any help greatly appreciated
