I see what you mean, it looks like they just looked around the office and stuck 'Inert' stickers on everything!
 
Most of these companies make copies of stuff that has been seen already. They are not giving people ideas, well unless you have no experience with ieds I guess, then again a google search for actual ieds will find many similar devices anyways.
