Irena Gut (1918-2003), a young Polish girl, is forced by Germans to supervise 11 Jews who were supposed to be experienced tailors to manufacture/mend German military uniforms. None of them were tailors, they lied to save their lives. When Germans decide to liquidate them, Irena makes a vow to save them.
