Is this a real projectile?

Does anyone recognize this case? It says "223", "C/30", "E", "1934". A couple of marks are not readable. Crowned M?
What about the projectile?

Looks like a cut 3,7cm sk c/30 with a reichsmarine (Before the kriegsmarine) eagle M mark. Its is not the projectile that belongs with this case maybe homemade. As I am not at home I am not able to post pics. But I could be wrong...
 
Tank you, Michel. I think you are perfectly right. Some searches on the mentioned weapon, and I found cases with the same headstamps.
