Hello, a fellow asked me to identify what this is. While I usually do pretty good, I have no idea if this is a high school project, piece of art or an actual ordnance munition of some type that has be dewatted. Looks like something that could have been WW1. One of the fins is broke off in the picture, it is missing. Any assistance is appreciated.
