Isle of wight ordnance

On a recent holiday on the isle of wight i came across a number of large caliber shells in a small museum at Calbourne water mill.
The label said they were from a coastal gun of 12.5 inches in calibre. the gun was suposed to be at the front of the mill but i didnt see it.
Also inside was a small shell and round the back of the museum was a rusty gun barell of maybe 3 inch calibre?
anyone know what they are? The yellow shell was from the tank museum near Newport.
paul.
