I can read 30 (nothing more...) so maybe N°30 ?
Is it a flash and sound grenade ?

Ok, I tried with an hebrew keyboard online (not easy).
So, Grenade No 30 shock - 30 רימון מס

Yes, it's a "Shock/Stun" grenade...No. 30. Your last 3 letters translate to "HALAM", for shock or stun. The visible green grenade in the can is Red Smoke.
