Interesting. Do you know if there is any difference between this and the common shell from the 47mm Hotchkiss-Škoda Marinekanone L44 used by Austria-Hungary? I know for sure that the KuK shell was different from the French and British shells and from the images I have they seem very similar to the Italian one you just posted, but I've been unable to find any solid documentation about it.
