Found on internet (thanks to the author), Italian HEAT. No dimension.
Does anyone know the designation ?

Thanks. I already checked in this manual and 75/13 is fitted with a truncated base.
I open the website with the photo and the author wrote it's for 75/21 EP gun. Seems to be a special shell made for this gun.
Note the crimp groove for the case. So 75mm 75/21 EP could be a correct designation.
