Italian M60 Smoke Grenades.

I show two Italian smoke grenades M60 but I ask if the parts are correctly matched.
Are these military or riot control grenades? See the UXO information that shows possibly later models M60F and M60L.
It says F was for smoke with colour on the label and base. L was for tear gas.

My green smoke has B on the cap with a green base made 09-97. What does the B mean?

My red smoke has L on the cap and grey base made 09-86. L does not seem to identify smoke?
Both made by Coccia Pyrotecnica.
All information is welcome.

Both are Model 60F, the caps doesn't matchs. The grenade at left is a smoke green colour (correct colour on the base) but it has a
cap marked "B" (Bianco-white). The grenade on left is also a smoke but with white smoke (white base colour); I think it has a label replaced from a red smoke one. The red cap, instead, is one taken from a Model 60L (Lacrimogena- lacrimatory). All the smoke grenades has olive drab caps. It changes just the colours on the bottom and the letters on the cap.
