Italian Smoke Grenade

I am not normally into grenades, but this seemed a good deal for $65 in the US. This had to be a rather poor smoke grenade. There is very little room for smoke compound. Its capacity is probably 10% of a US white smoke grenade. There is only the one marking on the aluminum cap that is rather corroded.

It is certainly a bargain and worth $300 in Australia. It is a Practice Smoke or esercitazione fumogena first type S.R.C.M.35.
It did not have to emit much smoke and steel body makes it re-usable. Much like an M30 Practice grenade.
The second type does not have the large holes. Maybe the experts can add more. Cheers. Ron.
